Point a subdomain
Create a CNAME from a subdomain such as feedback.yourdomain.com to the target shown in Settings. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically once the record resolves.
- 1Open Settings, then Domain.
- 2Enter the subdomain you want to use.
- 3Add the CNAME record at your DNS provider.
- 4Wait for verification — usually minutes, occasionally up to an hour.
Why it matters for SEO
A public board on your own subdomain accrues links and rankings for your brand rather than ours. Long-tail queries about your product start landing on pages you control.
