These terms govern your use of Looph. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of the organisation you represent. If you have a signed order form with us, that document takes precedence where the two conflict.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your workspace, for keeping credentials secure and for the accuracy of your billing details. Owners and admins can add or remove users at any time; seats are unlimited and do not affect what you pay.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew automatically for the term you selected until cancelled. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal. Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects a renewal. Your price does not increase because you added teammates or because more of your customers voted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Looph to host unlawful content, to infringe rights, to send unsolicited bulk email, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it as your own product without a written agreement.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.
Your content stays yours
You retain all rights to the content in your workspace. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to run the service for you.
We claim no ownership over feedback your customers submit and we do not use it to train models serving other customers.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance. Support response targets depend on plan; enterprise agreements can include a contractual SLA with service credits.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is beyond the warranties we give expressly here. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid term. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days. On termination you can export your data for 30 days before it is purged.
Changes to these terms
We will post updates here and, for material changes, email workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
