Authorise Jira from Settings, then Integrations, and pick the projects that should be available. Cloud and Data Center are both supported.
Linking posts to issues
From any post, create a new issue or link an existing one. The issue is created with the post title, description, vote count and a link back to the board so engineers can see the demand behind the ticket.
Two-way status mapping
Map Jira statuses to your board statuses once. When an issue moves to Done, the post flips to Shipped and every voter is notified — the loop closes without anyone remembering to do it.
